Charlie Wills, President
Charlie has over 28 years of financial management experience, 20 of those years as President of Facility Services Group, 6 years as Controller of a design and contract furniture firm, and 5 years with 2 national real estate development companies.

Chip Grimes, Vice President
Chip has served as Vice-President of Facility Services Group for the past twenty years. With over twenty four years in the construction industry, Mr. Grimes spent seven years with a large construction management firm in Philadelphia prior to co-founding FSG. He currently serves on the maintenance committee for Starnet, previously having served on the marketing committee. Mr. Grimes is actively involved in the New Castle Chamber of Commerce and is a recent member of the Delaware chamber of Commerce. In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family at the beach. He is a volunteer assistant coach for his son’s baseball team and is a sponsor of the Piedmont baseball league.
